All sales are final. We do not permit returns.
In case of damaged or missing merchandise, we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question within two weeks of customer receipt date and pending availability. We cannot guarantee that purchased items will remain in stock. To receive a refund or exchange, we require a receipt and visual proof of damage. In the case of damaged merchandise, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For all requests, please contact customer service at email@example.com with your order number.
Once proof of missing or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. If no refund is listed as being processed, please contact your credit card company since it may take several days before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have followed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We respect the privacy of our customers. Customer information will never be shared with third parties or outside individuals.
Currently, we ship globally but do not ship to PO boxes. Various shipping methods and rates can be selected upon purchase and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note that taxes/duties/VAT are not included in international shipping costs and will be additionally added to the cost of each order. We do not take responsibility for any customs fees for international orders and any associated charges. The customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for any items marked as a "pre-order" item. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch but may also be retrieved by sending a request along with your order number to email@example.com.
By ordering merchandise, you agree that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse any orders without warning or explanation.
All apparel and items will be taxed according to the billing location.
